Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships Shipping Times Delivery times depend on your location:
Bulgaria & EU: 7–15 business days United Kingdom: 10–18 business days United States & Canada: 10–20 business days Rest of the world: 12–25 business days These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Any available free shipping offers will be shown automatically.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. It may take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement after the label is created — this is normal.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's with the carrier, we can't redirect it.
Lost or Stuck Packages If tracking hasn't updated for 15+ business days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
